This one's for Bighair... Her favorite...Pecan Pie. And the pecans are chopped just like she likes 'em. Now of course it's not cooked yet, but it will be soon.
Went for a run on the waterfront - sunny. First run in two weeks.
Now coffee and some blogging before getting back to stage 2 of dinner prep. Scalloped Potatoes. (Specifically for Lauri...)

I'm thrilled you're going to such extent for me. Don't forget to dig out the leaf for the table for Alanna to take home.
Easter dinner was excellent. Those were pretty much the best scalloped potatoes I've had in years. Maybe I'll invite myself over for a lunch of ham and taters.
